Beige Micro fiber couch set in Emerald Park, Saskatchewan for sale

COUCH SET REDUCED AS I NEED GONE , I GOT NEW ONES AND THESE ARE TAKING UP TO MUCH SPACE!!
Unfortunetly I am selling my couches for super cheap because I need gone as soon as possible, as I got new ones & I live in a duplex so they are hanging out in my hall way right now, & they are just on the way So please serious inquiries ONLY! they are clean, in great shape as I just bought them four months ago, I had the bigger couch all rebuilt because I disliked the way they were built before , they are in a smoke free an pet free home, the only thing that's wrong is that the back boards holding up the cushion on the big couch slipped, but when I got them rebuilt the repair man didn't drill in the boards that hold up the cushions but it is NOTHING MAJOR! all that needs to be done is they get drilled into place which would take a total of five minutes to do, but I don't own a electric drill or any tools so I didn't do it myself, lol! But as I said it's not broken or nothing , the boards on the back just need to be screwed in as the guy that rebuilt the couch forgot to do it, it's only minor I can even probably do it before buyer comes for them ?? these couches are micro fiber and beige in color, no stains, rips , they look next to new as they were well maintained! also got a wall canvas Iam willing to throw in for extra $$ as I bought it to match my couches. Serious inquiries only please!! No holds as I need gone as soon as possible! (I just realized that the pictures of the couches in the pictures posted don't look the same colors as eachother lol but they are it was just the lighting at the time photos don't do justice as to how good they really look)
I will not be doing "holds" as I've been holding for quiet a bit of people the past couple days and had nothing but no shows!
Also I am leaving art canvas up to buy if the person wants to take it also as I bought to go with the couch set , keep in mind the black candle wall decor is not included , as I bought separate! Nothing else in the picture is for sale just the beige/brown art canvas.
